Anchorage, Alaska - 31 Teams have officially entered into the 2026 Iron Dog Race, registration has closed. The World’s Longest, Toughest Snowmobile Race will depart from Big Lake on February 14, 2026. Covering more than 2,500 miles as it traverses the Alaskan backcountry.

The field includes:

  • 31 Teams, 5 Past Champions, 2 Father Son Teams, 1 Father Daughter Team.
  • Riders on Polaris, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat, and Lynx.
  • Riders from 5 Checkpoints: Nome, Kotzebue, Noorvik, Kaltag, McGrath.
